How to request deletion of your Tapify account and which data may be retained under legal requirements.

1. How to request account deletion

If you have a Tapify account created in the mobile app or dashboard, you can request account deletion by emailing contact@tapify.ro.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line “Tapify account deletion”.

2. What will be deleted

Account profile data, such as name, nickname, and authentication data.
Active tokens and access to the app or dashboard.
Data no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

3. What data may be retained

Some data may be retained for limited periods if needed for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Where possible, this data will be anonymized or restricted.

4. Processing time

We will confirm receipt and process the request within a reasonable period under GDPR. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you by email.
