Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to your use of tapify.ro, the Tapify Tab mobile app, the Tapify dashboard, and related services provided by Tapify SRL.

By creating an account, accessing the services, or accepting the terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Tapify provides a hardware and software system for self-service, monitoring, and operational management in HoReCa venues, events, and other commercial contexts.

Features may include user accounts, NFC or virtual cards, digital wallet, consumption sessions, management of products, taps, stations, venues, reports, and notifications.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@tapify.ro if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or limit access if we identify abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant use.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the services for illegal, fraudulent, or security-harming activities.
• You may not attempt to bypass technical limits, authentication mechanisms, or access rules.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile, or exploit software components beyond the rights explicitly granted.
• Venue operators are responsible for complying with applicable laws on alcoholic beverage sales, taxation, consumer protection, and venue operations.

5. Payments, balances, and transactions

Balance, credit, consumption, and transaction features are shown for operational transparency. Specific commercial terms, including prices, refunds, and the relationship with the venue or event operator, may be set separately by that operator.

6. Availability and changes

We use reasonable efforts to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, improvements, or business reasons.

7. Intellectual property

Tapify, the software, interfaces, design, documentation, trademarks, and related content belong to Tapify SRL or its partners. You receive no intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the services under these terms.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available at tapify.ro/privacy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tapify SRL is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or data entered incorrectly by users or operators. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, the law, or service security.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
